Guests who arrive before check-in or leave after checkout may need to store luggage for a few hours. Lockers in a suitable lobby or luggage area let them put their bags away and collect them when they are ready.

We look at arrival and departure patterns, the luggage guests bring and the space available. Guests use the multilingual kiosk to pay and access a locker; reception has no locker keys to issue or cash to collect.

At revenue-share sites, we maintain the system and provide multilingual support for your hotel team seven days a week.
The hotel receives the rental-income share agreed in the contract. Its statement shows the calculation.

Choose compartments for the luggage guests bring
We review luggage sizes before proposing the cabinet mix. Rental periods can be hourly or daily, and utilisation reporting helps us assess demand around check-in and checkout. Custom luggage compartments are also available on request.

Where would the lockers go?
Usually a lobby or luggage-hold area with power and enough room for guests to use the doors comfortably. We check that flow before proposing a bank.
What does it cost us?
Under revenue share, Eurolockers pays for the bank and installation and continues to operate it. Hotels that would rather own the equipment can purchase it and add the appropriate support contract.
When could the lockers be installed?
We review the lobby route, current luggage storage and equipment required, then confirm a date after checking site requirements, availability and any custom work.
