Self-service lockers

Self-service storage lockers for your venue

Give guests somewhere to leave bags, coats, shoes, and valuables. We plan the locker bank around what they bring and the space you have, with fully managed revenue share or direct purchase.

Our standard range

Our standard 12-, 10-, and 6-door cabinets provide different compartment sizes. We combine them to suit the belongings guests need to store and the capacity your venue needs.

The bank can be compact or extend across a larger storage area. We review the position, access space, and compartment mix before proposing a layout. If you need larger luggage compartments or a different arrangement, we can discuss custom lockers.

Cabinet and kiosk dimensions

These are the overall dimensions of each individual unit, in millimetres. We also allow for guests using the kiosk, open doors, and access around the completed bank when planning your layout.

Tell us what your guests need to store so we can check the compartment mix with you.

How guests use the lockers

Guests use the touchscreen kiosk to rent a locker, pay by contactless card or mobile, and access it with a PIN. Multilingual instructions guide them through the process.

Rental prices and periods can be configured for the way your venue works. Guests store and collect their own belongings, so your team has no locker keys to issue or cash to collect.

Fully managed revenue share

Eurolockers funds, installs, and owns the locker system. We manage the software, payments, and maintenance, with multilingual, 7-day support for your venue team. Your venue provides the agreed space and power, and receives the rental-income share set out in the contract.

How revenue share works

Direct purchase

Your venue buys and owns the locker system. The payment account and takings belong to your venue. Your proposal sets out the equipment, installation, and ongoing services, with an optional 5-day support and maintenance contract.

Colours and custom options

Grey (RAL 7043) is our standard finish. Blue (RAL 5012) and orange (RAL 2003) have also been used regularly across our installations. Other RAL colours are available for larger projects or direct purchases.

Custom sizes and software changes are available on request. Tell us what you need; our team will review the requirements and confirm the options before quoting.

Planning the installation

We offer a free survey, on-site or remotely, to review the layout and practical requirements. This includes access, power, connectivity, and any shelter needed outdoors. An outdoor installation needs a roofed position, with suitability checked for the site and equipment.

We confirm the installation date after checking the site, equipment availability, and any custom work. At handover, we show your team how the system works and where to get help.
