How locker revenue share works
We fund and install the locker system, then run the service. Your venue provides the agreed space and power and receives the share of rental income set out in the contract.

How much do lockers make?
Income depends on how many guests use the lockers, what they pay and how long they store their belongings. We review your footfall, storage policy and busy periods before proposing the cabinet mix. There is no single earnings figure that fits every venue.
How does the agreement work?
The equipment remains ours for the term of the agreement. Transaction costs are deducted from guest payments before the remaining rental income is divided at the agreed percentage. Your statement shows the calculation. If demand changes, we can review the layout and whether more cabinets would be practical.
Prefer to buy the system?
You can buy the lockers instead and keep the income they generate. Your proposal sets out the equipment, installation and any ongoing services. A support and maintenance contract with five-day support is optional.
Getting started
We start with your available space, current storage and the belongings guests bring. A free survey can take place on-site or remotely. We confirm the installation date after reviewing the site, equipment availability and any custom work, and show your team how the system works at handover.
