Delegates arrive with coats, laptop bags and cases, often within a short period before an event begins. Lockers give them a place to leave belongings before entering the halls. Depending on the event, they can replace or reduce the need for a staffed cloakroom.

Guests use the multilingual kiosk to rent and access lockers. We review the entrance route and peak attendance to plan the capacity and space around the bank.

We review the proposed position and event calendar before agreeing the installation work.
Revenue-share sites receive multilingual support seven days a week.
The venue receives the rental-income share agreed in the contract. Statements show the calculation for each reporting period.
Delegates store and collect their own belongings. Your team has no locker keys to issue or cash to collect.
Set around the event calendar
Rental prices and periods can be configured for different events. We use activity and utilisation reporting to review demand. If a floor plan changes, any move or reconfiguration must be checked against the installation requirements.

Can lockers move as layouts change?
A proposed move needs a technical check of power, connectivity, access and the installation plan. Tell us about expected layout changes before we propose the setup.
What does it cost us?
For revenue share, Eurolockers pays for the locker bank and installation. The venue prepares a level position with power and, where possible, a network point. Purchase is available for venues that prefer ownership.
When could the lockers be installed?
We review the event calendar, site and equipment required before confirming a date. Any custom work is included in that plan.
