Website privacy notice

Last updated: 13 September 2026.

This notice explains how we use personal information when you visit this website or contact us, whether you have a general question, a new enquiry or an existing customer request.

Locker use and payments at venues are outside the scope of this website notice. For a request about those services, email info@eurolockers.com with the location involved so we can direct it to the right team.

Who is responsible for your information

Eurolockers operates through two companies. Eurolockers UK Ltd handles enquiries from the United Kingdom and Ireland. Eurolockers B.V. handles continental European and other international enquiries. The company handling your enquiry is the controller responsible for the personal information it uses.

For either company, contact info@eurolockers.com with a privacy question or request. We will direct it to the appropriate company.

Information we collect

Using our contact form is voluntary. An email address is required so we can reply; your first name, last name, phone number, venue name and message are optional. Please include only what is relevant and avoid sending payment card details or sensitive personal information.

The form processes the page you contacted us from, any campaign labels in the page address, and your advertising choice. The page is included in your HubSpot submission; campaign labels and your advertising choice are not. Those labels do not send your enquiry details to an advertising platform.

The website also processes technical information, including your network address and browser information, to deliver its pages and help prevent abuse. The form’s limited security records are explained below.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer questions, handle requests and manage the resulting correspondence or business relationship. Where needed, we pass your message between our two companies to arrange the right response.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing customer and business relationships. We also rely on legitimate interests to protect the website, prevent spam and duplicate messages, understand which pages or campaigns lead to enquiries, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where we must process information to meet a legal obligation, including handling data-protection requests, we rely on that obligation. Optional analytics and advertising tracking rely on your consent, as explained below.

Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing or give permission for optional tracking.

Where enquiries go and who receives them

We handle form enquiries in HubSpot. HubSpot can also email our team a notification, depending on the receiving form’s settings. The website does not send a separate enquiry email.

The form does not store the contact details or message you enter as an enquiry record in WordPress. It keeps limited security records, described below.

Access to correspondence is limited to people who need it to handle your request and manage our business. Our service providers include:

These providers process information to deliver and support their services. We may also share relevant information with professional advisers or public authorities where necessary to meet a legal obligation or deal with a legal claim.

Processing in other countries

Transfers between the United Kingdom and European Economic Area are covered by the applicable UK adequacy regulations and the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the UK.

Microsoft and HubSpot may process information outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. Their published data-protection terms provide safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum, and, for HubSpot, the Data Privacy Framework where applicable. See Microsoft’s data-protection terms and HubSpot’s data-processing agreement.

Contact info@eurolockers.com for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry, including how to obtain a copy. Optional analytics and advertising services are described below.

Security information

We use limited security records to reduce spam and prevent duplicate deliveries. They contain coded references derived from a submission and network address, together with counters, times and delivery status. They do not keep your contact details or message in readable form.

Submission-rate counters expire after ten minutes without a further attempt. Records used to prevent duplicate deliveries have a 24-hour expiry and are removed by scheduled housekeeping; removal may occur after that expiry.

How long we keep information

We keep correspondence and related CRM records for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. We consider whether the enquiry remains active, whether further contact has been agreed, and whether records are needed for a legal obligation or dispute. We do not use a single fixed period for every enquiry.

Copies may remain in backups after removal from an active mailbox or system, until the relevant backup retention period ends. The shorter periods for the form’s security records are explained above.

Your rights

You can ask to access your personal information, correct inaccurate details or delete information we no longer need. Depending on the circumstances, you may also ask us to restrict its use or provide a portable copy.

You have the right to object where we rely on legitimate interests. Tell us about your situation so we can consider your request.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew it. For optional tracking, use Cookie settings.

Email info@eurolockers.com to exercise your rights. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity and find the relevant records. We normally respond within one month and without charge. If the law allows additional time, we will explain why within that month.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the data protection authority where you live or work in the EEA.

Analytics and advertising

Optional analytics and advertising tracking are currently switched off. Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn tags are not loaded by this website setup. HubSpot website tracking is also off.

If we enable an optional service, we will explain its purpose here and ask for your choice before it starts. You can accept analytics and advertising separately, refuse both, or change your choice in Cookie settings. Sending a message does not require either category.

Google Search Console helps us understand how this website appears in search results. Verifying website ownership does not add a visitor tracking tag or set an advertising cookie.

Cookies and your choices

Our cookie policy explains information stored in your browser. Where optional services are available, you can choose Analytics and Advertising separately, refuse both, or withdraw permission later in Cookie settings. You can contact us whichever choice you make.
