What these technologies do
Cookies are small files a website can place in your browser. Local storage and session storage keep small pieces of information in the browser too. We describe all of these here so you can see what is stored and why.
Information used to run the website
After a successful enquiry, we temporarily remember that the form was submitted so the confirmation page can recognise it. This contains a confirmation marker and time, not your email address or message.

Authorised people signing in to the website’s administration area also use WordPress login and preference cookies. These are separate from browsing the public website or sending an enquiry.
Keeping the form secure
We use limited security records to reduce spam and prevent duplicate deliveries. They contain coded references derived from a submission and network address, together with counters, times and delivery status. They do not keep your contact details or message in readable form.
Submission-rate counters expire after ten minutes without a further attempt. Records used to prevent duplicate deliveries have a 24-hour expiry and are removed by scheduled housekeeping; removal may occur after that expiry.
Analytics and advertising
Optional analytics and advertising tracking are currently switched off. Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn tags are not loaded by this website setup. HubSpot website tracking is also off.
If we enable an optional service, we will explain its purpose here and ask for your choice before it starts. You can accept analytics and advertising separately, refuse both, or change your choice in Cookie settings. Sending a message does not require either category.
Google Search Console helps us understand how this website appears in search results. Verifying website ownership does not add a visitor tracking tag or set an advertising cookie.
Search Console verification
Google Search Console helps a website owner review its presence in Google Search. Verifying ownership through a domain record or verification meta tag does not add an analytics or advertising tag to your browser. Those services have their own choices above.
Campaign links
Advertisement links may contain a campaign name or source in the page address. If you submit the form, it processes these labels but does not include them in your HubSpot submission. This does not set an advertising cookie or share your form details with an advertising platform.Your choices
to see which optional services are available. You can choose Analytics and Advertising separately, allow both, or select Essential only to refuse both. You can change your choices or withdraw permission here at any time. You can send a message whichever option you choose.
Your browser controls
You can use your browser settings to inspect or remove stored information. Blocking browser storage may affect features such as recognising that an enquiry has just been submitted. It does not stop you contacting us by email.
